About Grace McLaren
Grace McLaren is a lifelong learner, spiritual seeker, mother, grandmother, and guide whose life has been shaped by faith, science, family, service, and a deep curiosity about the soul. Her early love of physics, cosmology, and truth-seeking grew into a lifelong inquiry into intuition, spiritual formation, human suffering, and the hidden wisdom that emerges during seasons of change.
Through decades of family life, ministry, hospitality, consulting, caregiving, grief, reinvention, and mid-life transformation, Grace developed a grounded empathy for women navigating transition. Her work now invites women to examine their stories with courage and tenderness, listen for what is becoming, and find companionship in the sacred work of life changes.
